in Ukrainian terms (all due respect) it's brand new, clean, with WIFI and all the stuff, in the very center of the city, near metro station, shops, cafes and such;
the face of the building is some ugly dark green plastic siding, now idea why the hell;

This hotel was a cozy home away from home for the Christmas season. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had all the key amenities we needed, including a TV and hot shower. The location couldn't be beat, as it was within walking distance of all the major Christmas markets and festivities. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were available to answer any questions we had.
The room had a slight odor which was a bit unpleasant, but not a dealbreaker. Additionally, the room was quite small which made it a bit cramped with all our luggage. However, we didn't spend much time in the room anyway due to all the fun things to do in the surrounding area. we had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a cozy and conveniently located stay.

The hotel provided an excellent location for my city break. The main attractions were within walking distance and it was situated close to a popular street. The staff were very helpful in arranging my transportation to and from the hotel. I appreciated the fact that they were available 24/7 to assist me whenever I needed something.
The room I stayed in was small and had no windows which made it feel a bit dark and stuffy. the room had some minor malfunctions that could have been fixed such as a loud and creaky bed.

This hotel is located right in the downtown, so guests can access the main attractions which are generally in 15 minutes’ walk maximum. It is tucked into a courtyard, so it provides a quiet environment. Guests also get the chance to taste the real/older vibe of the city, as there are other old buildings in the courtyard.
Some guests have reported that the rooms lack windows.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel; its central location was definitely one of the best aspects. It was right in the heart of the downtown area, which made it easy to get around with plenty of options for transportation. Additionally, it was on a high platform above the street level, which gave us a beautiful view of this city. We also appreciated how close it was to the center of this city, making it easy to explore the sights. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were clean and tidy; we had no complaints about cleanliness. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
